Job Description

• Perform site audits and keep records of assets under designated areas.


• Responsible for supervising customer-premise equipment (CPE) at client locations.


• Represent Clients in resolving communities and regulatory-related matters for technical engineering responsibility within a region.


• Ensure conformance to the quality process and systems activities within the region.


• Validation and acceptance of implementation and change activities within the region.


• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve equipment downtime issues.


• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.


• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modification.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant Degree.


• Candidates must reside in Kaduna.


• Organizational skills.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Time management skills to dynamically handle issues.


• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.


• Computer literacy is a must.


• Must have a smartphone.
