Job Summary

• The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within our Agro-Allied industry operations.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with a multinational agro-commodity export firm such as Olam, Export


• Trading Group (ETG), WACOT, ECOM Agro-industrial, etc.


• Demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.


• A solid understanding of agro-commodity quality specifications and checks is an added advantage.


• Demonstrate commodity risk management knowledge to manage trade operations for optimal outcomes


• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of raw materials.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage supplier performance.
