Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Open new sales outlets and ensure a positive return on investment.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Develop actionable business strategies and plans in alignment with short-term and long-term objectives, in collaboration with the AGM
Demonstrate excellent consultative sales skills and a deep understanding of products and their benefits.
Monitor the performance of all products, and track and maintain records for inventory control, cost containment, and proper stock levels.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets relative to growth and profitability.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field
At Least 10 years of working experience in a similar role
Must have experience leading a profitable sales team
Ability to effectively solve problems and conflict
Knowledge of project delivery methodology
Ability to delegate and manage multiple operations effectively
Ability to assess the operational effectiveness of employees
Possess good written and oral communication skills to support decisions
Conducts meetings and provides effective leadership to team members
