We are looking for a dedicated, creative food and beverage manager to join our team. The responsibilities of the food and beverage manager include managing food and beverage operations and standards, adhering to budgets, and handling customer complaints.
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Improve communication among team members.
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
