Job Summary:



  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities.

  • Your goal will be to schedule meetings and demos for the sales team by engaging potential customers and nurturing relationships.


Responsibilities:



  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to reach potential leads.

  • Research and identify new leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and online research.

  • Engage with prospects to understand and qualify their needs based on the company's ICP.

  • Assess the potential of leads and determine their fit for the company's ICP.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-ups.

  • Educate prospects about the company's offerings and value proposition.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide detailed and regular reports on lead generation and qualification efforts.

  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling or customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Pipedrive).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Additional Skills (Preferred):



  • Experience with outbound prospecting techniques and tools.

  • Understanding the industry and market trends related to the company's products/services.
