Job Description 

• We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hostess.


• As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests.


• Your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome guests as they arrive at our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greeting and Seating Guests:

• Warmly welcome guests as they enter the premises.


• Assist in managing reservations and walk-in customers.


• Escort guests to their designated tables and provide menus

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns.


• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout interactions with guests.


• Monitor the dining area to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Communication:

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnovers efficiently.


• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.


• Provide clear and concise information to guests regarding specials, promotions, and events.
