Education and Qualifications:



  • B.Sc./ HND in business administration or any relevant field


Experience:



  • 4years above of experience-as a manager in any reputable organization


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee day-to-day operations

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth

  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Proficient use of the computer and internet savvy

  • Set policies and processes

  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

  • Oversee training of new employees

  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

  • Direct the employee assessment process

  • Prepare regular reports for upper management

  • Provide solutions to issues


Generic Skills and Abilities:



  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role

  • Experience in planning and budgeting

  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • People management skill

  • Able to drive traffic


Salary Proposed:


N200-N300K NET
