Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials for social media advertisement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and create compelling visual concepts


• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and presentations


• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design


• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the company's brand and messaging


• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines


• Provide creative input and contribute to the overall marketing strategy


• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer in a financial institution (a fintech is a plus)


• OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification is required


• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software


• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Knowledge of fintech industry trends and best practices is a plus
