Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Lagos.
- The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and administrative support to the Executive Management team.
- Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and diaries, making travel arrangements, handling communication, and performing clerical tasks.
- The Executive Personal Assistant will also be responsible for creating reports and other documents.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing communication effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and briefed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in the real estate or luxury industry is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Relevant certifications or training in executive support roles is a plus.
