Role Description



  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Lagos.

  • The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and administrative support to the Executive Management team.

  • Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and diaries, making travel arrangements, handling communication, and performing clerical tasks.

  • The Executive Personal Assistant will also be responsible for creating reports and other documents.


Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing communication effectively.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.

  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and briefed.

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal time management.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.

  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in the real estate or luxury industry is a plus.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives.

  • Relevant certifications or training in executive support roles is a plus.
