Position Overview



  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Channel Manager to grow and oversee our distributor network for our Instant Cereals across Nigeria.

  • The ideal candidate will manage distributors, nurture customer relationships, and foster online community engagement to drive repeat sales and maximize growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Channel Development: Strategically identify and onboard new distributors across various regions in Nigeria to expand market reach and increase product availability.

  • Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with existing distributors, providing support, training, and incentives to drive sales targets and maintain loyalty.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to develop informed strategies for optimizing channel performance and maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring efficient order capture, inventory management, and timely delivery to meet customer demands.

  • Marketing and Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional strategies, create engaging content, and execute marketing campaigns tailored for different channels and customer segments.

  • Community Engagement: Lead initiatives to engage with customers, influencers, and stakeholders on social media platforms, fostering an active and loyal online community.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track channel performance, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of channel strategies and initiatives


Qualifications and Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in channel management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage distributor relationships effectively.

  • Proficiency in data management tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Experience in content creation for social media platforms.

  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales growth and customer engagement.
