Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science and any other related field.
- Experienced in managing Microsoft 365 admin console.
- Configuring and setting up laptops for staff use.
- General Laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of any web programming language - added advantage (nice have)
- Firewall management and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge ofMicrosoft package(MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint etc)
- Internet management and troubleshooting.
- Should be able to interface with external vendors on internet, CUG and Microsoft subscriptions.
