Core Responsibility
- The Function is primarily as a Revenue Optimization Officer for A4&T
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily report of Sites performances
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies on all mini grid sites
- Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights across subsidiaries
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams for optimization
- Identify and target specific customer segments using it to drive revenue.
- Align sales and marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets across all sites
- Optimize operational efficiency to reduce costs using data generated
- Assess and manage risks affecting revenue streams
- Leverage technology for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- SHS recovery across states
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators
Qualifications / Education
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel.
- 1-3 years work experience in an energy company, financial institution, or solar company.
Skill Set:
- Experience in loan recovery
- Must have basic knowledge of excel
- Awareness of the latest Solar market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Must Possess Multi-tasking ability
