Job Brief



  • The Business Development Officer is responsible for researching, planning, identifying and implementing use of office space strategies to meet client’s needs.

  • He / she will as well prospects for potential clients and sell the office space services (virtual or physical office space) for training needs, seminars, symposiums, meetings, private rooms, co-working space, and more.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop growth strategies and plans on how to generate revenue for the Business.

  • Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of all the office space within the company, considering the costs of each space to meet annual set target for the BU

  • Amend and revise the look and feel of the office(s) as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and clients expectation

  • Devising strategies to drive utilization by clients

  • Prospects for potential clients to register for various company training Programs

  • Ensure Clients database is up to date

  • Prepare and send bespoke proposals to clients for office space utilization.

  • Administer and analyse client’s evaluation reports.

  • Monitor utilization progress and give input where necessary based on quality improvement.

  • Ensure that monthly progress reports and quarterly progress reports are prepared and shared in a timely manner with the Line manager and other stakeholders as applicable.

  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and annual reporting

  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.


Other Requirements



  • Minimum of a University Degree or Higher National Diploma

  • Related facility management certification is a plus

  • Data-Driven Decision Making and Analysis

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, including ability to handle complex issues.
