Issuing Sales Orders and Delivery Notes to customers in coordination with the Salesmen and the store keeper.
Sending quotations and Sales invoices to customers by email.
Communicating important feedback received from customers.
Maintaining clients records by creating new customers on the system. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of client info (Address, Tel#, Contact Person, TIN no. etc.)
Maintaining salesmen records by preparing weekly offers summary tracking sheets per salesman.
Processing vouchers for items transfers between warehouses
Coordinating the physical stock count with the store keeper.
Coordinating proper deliveries to clients by checking the delivery location with the clients via email or phone.
Handling monthly telephone recharge for staff and monthly internet subscription renewal for office and warehouse, as approved by management.
Ensuring availability of office stationery, IT equipment and office consumables where necessary.
Other administrative occasional tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
Good First Degree from a reputable institution of learning
3 - 5 years work experience.
Strong organizational skills,
Attention to detail,
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office),
Excellent communication abilities, and a background in administrative tasks.
