Job Description

• Operate and maintain gensets.


• Performed pre-start checks to identify mechanical and safety issues


• Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints, report any needs for major repairs


• Carry out idea 4pack checks on generators before taking/handing over duty.


• Performed preventive maintenance such as oil, coolant, filters, replacement and taking of oil sample for analysis


• Cleaning of internal/external of the generators.


• Cleaning of generator air/door filters and generator radiator.


• Checking of oil and coolant level and replenish, if the level below maximum.


• Keep workshop immaculately clean and tidy up the work area.


• Watch/Support site engineer in high frequency service and repair.


• Record and compile operational data, completing and maintaining forms, logs and reports forms, logs, and reports.


• Report risk and near miss.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
