Role Summary


The Client Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining strong client relationships. Working closely with a portfolio of clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring their overall satisfaction, revenue growth, and the success of their partnership with our client.


The role emphasizes client-centricity and focuses on the entire client life cycle, from onboarding to retention and engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management



  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

  • Understand clients' wants, needs, and interests to provide tailored solutions.


Client Onboarding and Maintenance



  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, providing a positive initial experience.

  • Implement and maintain effective client engagement models for ongoing relationships.

  • Regularly assess and address client satisfaction, seek opportunities for improvement.


Client Centricity



  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and clients' evolving needs.

  • Proactively address client issues, demonstrating a commitment to client success.

  • Foster a client-centric culture within the organization.


Client Life Cycle Management



  • Ensure a consistent and positive client experience throughout the life cycle.


Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Proven experience of over six-eight years in client engagement, account management, or a similar role, transport and logistics industry experience will give an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of client relationship dynamics and business operations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
