Job Overview:



  • As an eMedic Field Representative Healthcare, you will be instrumental in onboarding and building robust relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and vendors.

  • Your role will encompass outreach to the healthcare community, promoting the benefits of our eMedicStore platform, and actively engaging new partners to expand our network

  • This position requires a blend of pharmaceutical expertise, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential vendors, ensuring compliance with eMedicStore standards and procedures.

  • Conduct extensive travel (up to 75%) for fieldwork, networking, and partnership development.

  • Drive the onboarding of healthcare providers and vendors onto the eMedicStore platform.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and vendors, understanding their needs and challenges

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of pharmaceutical supplies.

  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process..

  • Conduct comprehensive demonstrations of the eMedicStore platform, highlighting its features and benefits.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate our services into their workflows.

  • Strategize and implement targeted outreach programs to attract new partners.

  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and networking events.

  • Provide training and support to new users, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from HCPs and vendors to improve platform features.

  • Monitor and report on the engagement and activity of onboarded partners.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase platform usage and retention among partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for specific partner needs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all interactions and engagements.

  • Track and achieve set targets for partner acquisition and engagement.

  • Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.

  • Regularly update CRM systems with client interaction and progress details.

  • Foster a positive image of eMedic Technologies in the healthcare community.

  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.

  • Collaboration with the product engineering team for continuous product improvement

  • Participate in strategic planning to enhance eMedicStore's market presence.

  • Advocate for the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct in all operations.

  • Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities.

  • Support company objectives and contribute to team efforts.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any other health sciences related field with 2+ years of experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, vendor management, or client engagement.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective partner engagement.

  • Proficient in digital technology, especially healthcare-related platforms.

  • Autonomous work ethic, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Collaborative spirit, capable of working in a dynamic team environment.

  • High proficiency in digital technologies and systems relevant to e-commerce and healthcare.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and nurturing professional relationships.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
