Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Speak clearly and maintain a positive tone.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
- Scheduling appointments
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Handle office communication and correspondence with clients and stakeholders as directed.
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
This position is open to male/female candidate
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND
- 2 years of experience
- Must be smart and pro-active
- Must have computer knowledge
- Applicant should be able to multi-task and have good time management skills.
- Digital marketing skill will be an added advantage
