Job Summary



  • Assisting the head chef in menu planning and development.

  • Overseeing food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes.

  • Managing inventory and stock levels of all work in progress proteins and vegetables.

  • Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff during food service.

  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

  • During service: Managing food production, coordinating with other kitchen staff, ensuring approved timely delivery of orders.

  • Closing period: Supervising cleanup, ensuring proper storage, and kitchen maintenance before leaving the office during your shift.

  • Supervise the daily opening and closing stock of all raw materials in kitchen,work in progress proteins,rice,pasta and be sure they are balanced.

  • Assist in placing requisition from store and kitchen supplies while ensuring freshness and cost-effectiveness.
