The right candidate should be a graduate of a reputable tertiary institution in Nigeria, must have either worked in an event/recreation business organisation at a middle level management for at least 5yrs or have a track record of excellent performance as a general manager in a business enterprise of similar nature. He/She must be a passionate leader with strong communication skill and capacity to make  and manage money. He must be a strategic thinker who put the interests and satisfaction of the critical stakeholders: customers, shareholders and staff ahead of personal interest.
