Job Description

• We are urgently seeking a dynamic and proactive Purchase Supervisor specializing in electronics, household, and bedding.


• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our procurement team, driving vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a steady supply of quality products. Immediate availability is highly desirable for this role.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for electronics, household, and bedding categories.


• Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with vendors.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and explore new partnerships.


• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for electronic and household goods.


• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.


• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.


• Conduct regular market research to identify potential vendors and assess product availability.


• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality meets established standards.


• Address any quality-related issues with vendors promptly.


• Monitor and control procurement budgets for electronics and household categories.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize expenses.


• Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation.


• Generate reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost analyses.

Requirements / Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in procurement, specifically in electronics and household categories.


• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the electronics and household sectors.


• Immediate availability to join the team.
