Job Description



  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support

  • Ensure all of the information required to service new products is known by the product group

  • Coordinate and host customer visits

  • Organize conferences for customers, dealers, suppliers and

  • Manage to solve customer inquiry on product related issue

  • Provide high quality technical support to customers

  • Work closely with the Automation Field and Repair Center team

  • Design and present technical presentations to internal group

  • Actively participate in service escalation meetings

  • Verify clarity, accuracy and quality of technical documentation

  • Escalate as appropriate, situations where customer satisfaction is compromised and to ensure contractual obligations are met.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Admin, Economics and related course

  • 3 years experience as a customer servie officer

  • Basic skills (Word,power point & Excel)

  • A real desire to assist our customers and employees

  • Boundless enthusiasm

  • Punctuality and reliability a must!

  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Word.
