Drive Experiential and Events Marketing Projects of the company to ensure a long-lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and its Clients.
Will lead, supervise, and be responsible for the day-to-day running and smooth operations of various projects, events and activities including product launches and advertising campaigns from concept to delivery in collaboration with your team.
Must ensure that all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand Clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.
Ensure long lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and her Clients.
Responsible for the coordination of all Experiential activities and projects as well as coordination of the brand’s marketing and communication efforts as assigned.
You must draw daily, weekly, and monthly reports of experiential brand activities and deliverables on time and in the right quality.
Develop, implement, and monitor project teams and budgets effectively.
Conduct project field visits regularly.
Ensure rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintaining of standards of shows and events in accordance with the client's briefs.
Generate production briefs and review with all involved in the project.
Schedule, compile/control route lists.
Setting up and running of events and projects with hands-on approach.
Prompt sharing of contract report to every client meeting.
Creating and executing bespoke Marketing Communication solutions for clients.
Work on all Strategic brand operations of the company from planning to execution.
Accountable for Excellent and Innovative Brands Strategy, Execution, Implementation, Reporting, P/L, Receivables from Clients, and Payables to Vendors
Ensure 100% Excellent achievement of results and Kip's.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Sciences, Social Sciences or any related field.
Experience in a similar Marketing Activation industry.
At least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution.
Knowledge of Experiential Marketing.
2-5 years of work experience in experiential space or managing Projects.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
