Job Responsibilities



  • A typical day on the job will involve.

  • Drive Experiential and Events Marketing Projects of the company to ensure a long-lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and its Clients.

  • Will lead, supervise, and be responsible for the day-to-day running and smooth operations of various projects, events and activities including product launches and advertising campaigns from concept to delivery in collaboration with your team.

  • Must ensure that all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand Clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.

  • Ensure long lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and her Clients.

  • Responsible for the coordination of all Experiential activities and projects as well as coordination of the brand’s marketing and communication efforts as assigned.

  • You must draw daily, weekly, and monthly reports of experiential brand activities and deliverables on time and in the right quality.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor project teams and budgets effectively.

  • Conduct project field visits regularly.

  • Ensure rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintaining of standards of shows and events in accordance with the client's briefs.

  • Generate production briefs and review with all involved in the project.

  • Schedule, compile/control route lists.

  • Setting up and running of events and projects with hands-on approach.

  • Prompt sharing of contract report to every client meeting.

  • Creating and executing bespoke Marketing Communication solutions for clients.

  • Work on all Strategic brand operations of the company from planning to execution.

  • Accountable for Excellent and Innovative Brands Strategy, Execution, Implementation, Reporting, P/L, Receivables from Clients, and Payables to Vendors

  • Ensure 100% Excellent achievement of results and Kip's.


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in Sciences, Social Sciences or any related field.

  • Experience in a similar Marketing Activation industry.

  • At least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution.

  • Knowledge of Experiential Marketing.

  • 2-5 years of work experience in experiential space or managing Projects.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Creative thinker with prolific ideas

  • Strong research skills

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Digital Marketing

  • Good Data Analysis skills

  • Commercial Awareness

  • Ability to plan and multitask.
