Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.

Feasibility Analysis:

• Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs, technical constraints, and industry best practices.

Process Mapping:

• Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.

Data Analysis:

• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and ensure data integrity within IT solutions.

User Stories and Use Cases:

• Develop user stories, use cases, and other documentation to clearly articulate requirements for development teams.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Communication:

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.

Testing Support:

• Assist in the development of test cases and support the testing process to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of internal methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience not less than 4 years as a Business Analyst.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques.


• Familiarity with project management conc


• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
