Job Description

As a Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Chef in the preparation of a wide range of dishes.


• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workstation.


• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.


• Ensuring that food items are prepared according to the highest quality standards.


• Following established recipes and presentation guidelines.


• Contributing to the accuracy and timeliness of food orders.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• An SSCE qualification with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.


• A positive and team-oriented attitude.


• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


• Familiarity with various Nigerian cooking techniques and an understanding of food safety protocols.


• Adaptability in a high-energy kitchen setting.


• The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a demanding kitchen environment.
