Position Overview: 

• As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the night shift.


• The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Opera Micros software, possess a background in hospitality, and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies


• Utilize Opera Micros software for front office and accounting tasks


• Perform financial transactions, including posting charges to guest accounts and handling cash transactions


• Audit and reconcile food and beverage sector transactions


• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift


• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and concerns


• Generate and distribute reports to management as required


• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant software

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting is essential


• Expertise with Opera Micros software is mandatory


• Strong mathematical and analytical skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours


• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously


• Familiarity with Property Management Systems is a plus
