Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Advisor located in Lagos. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to customers on insurance policies, as well as cultivating long-term relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Insurance Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on sales trends.

Qualifications

• Bc or HND in any field


• Consulting skills and experience in providing advice and guidance to customers


• Customer Service experience and exceptional communication


• Experience working with insurance companies and/or brokers is a plus
