Job Description

• Provide expert legal guidance and counsel across a diverse range of legal issues.


• Conduct thorough and comprehensive legal research and analysis to support decision-making and case strategy.


• Craft and negotiate contracts with precision.


• Offer guidance on various aspects of commercial & business law, Health & Safety law, contract law, intellectual property. etc


• Deliver advisory services in Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance.


• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding legal services.


• Effectively communicating with clients to understand their goals and concerns.


• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies aligned with their business objectives.


• Stay informed about pertinent laws, regulations, and legal trends impacting the industry.


• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


• Offer advice on risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.


• Oversee the entire litigation process from initiation to resolution.


• Monitoring organizational compliance.

Requirements

• A Graduate Degree in Law (Minimum of second class lower)


• A member of the Nigerian Bar Association


• At least 9 years cognate experience, post call to bar


• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and Business law.
