Job Summary 

• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to observe and analyze activities in designated areas.


• Ensure continuous surveillance of critical areas and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.


• Respond promptly to alarms or notifications triggered by surveillance equipment.


• Coordinate with security personnel or law enforcement in case of emergencies or security incidents.


• Regularly inspect and test surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning.


• Report any technical issues or malfunctions for timely repair or replacement.


• Maintain detailed logs and records of surveillance activities, incidents, and responses.


• Generate reports for management, detailing incidents, trends, and recommendations for improvements.


• Collaborate with other security personnel to enhance overall security measures.


• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to share relevant information.


• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing surveillance activities.


• Ensure that surveillance practices comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.


• Stay updated on the latest advancements in CCTV technology and security protocols.


• Provide training to security staff on the effective use of surveillance equipment and proper response procedures.


• Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.


• Act decisively during emergency situations and follow established protocols to mitigate risks.


• Respond to inquiries from authorized personnel regarding surveillance footage or incident reports.


• Provide support to other departments or teams as needed.Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information captured by surveillance systems.
