Job Description

• We are requires the services of an experienced Leasing and Rental Manager. The role is expected to cultivate and foster professional and profitable relationships while maintaining trust to ensure the sales targets of the company are achieved.

Job Summary

• Market all vacant apartments for letting


• Handle all inquiries and inspections for all vacant apartments


• Provide prospective tenants with the tenant’s acquaintance form


• Work with the legal team to conduct tenancy interviews, verify information provided by tenants in the acquaintance form and prepare tenancy agreements for incoming tenants


• Prepare formal offer of tenancy letters for assessed tenants


• Facilitate the signing of tenancy/lease agreements


• Work with the facilities management to onboard new tenants


• Conduct inventory and condition inspection of rental apartments and prepare the inventory checklist to be signed by tenant during apartment handover


• Liaise with apartment owners on lettings, furnishings and repairs


• Facilitate all third-party payments regarding rental transactions


• Maintain (regularly update) a robust database for all available apartments

Requisite Qualifications / Experience

• First Degree (First Class or 2nd Class) in Business Administration or relevant courses


• Proven track record of success as a Leasing and Rental Manager in the real estate industry in Nigeria.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
