Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Lagos.
- The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote QFA's diversified restaurant brands and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
- Key responsibilities include developing brand awareness through advertising, social media, and events, conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Experience in brand management, market research, and digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
