Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks.
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and provide insights for improvement.
Cash Flow Management:
- Optimize cash management strategies to maintain adequate liquidity.
- Monitor and manage investment activities.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed business initiatives.
Treasury Management:
- Oversee treasury functions and banking relationships.
- Optimize capital structure and financing arrangements.
Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate external audits and address audit findings.
Financial Systems and Technology:
- Implement and maintain effective financial systems and technologies.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
Strategic Financial Decision-Making:
- Collaborate with executive leadership in making strategic business decisions.
- Provide financial insights to support long-term planning.
Investor Relations:
- Manage relationships with investors and analysts.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make strategic financial decisions.
- Experience(5 years) in Banking is a plus.
