Job Description 

• We are seeking to fill the role of Business Development officer (Alternative Distribution) who will assist our sales and operations department in Port Harcourt.


• This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for the end-to-end drive of sales channles of commercial operations.


• The successful candidate will work with theteam to ensure timely and efficient commercialsales and operationswhile maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


• The Business Development Officerwill also be responsible for community relationship, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field


• At least 2 years of management experience in FCMG, finance or insurance industry


• Demonstrated experience in commercial sales, efficiency in customer service, processing and knowledge of industry regulations


• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team environment


• Experience in process improvement initiatives and quality control is a plus


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
