Job Description

• Timeously respond to all calls as per job priority


• Ensure that Workmanship is of the high quality


• to provide a service to all departments that requires maintenance related assistance


• Treat all customer with respect


• Under direct supervision of the Electrical Supervisor: Construct, maintain and repair the various aspects related to company property, equipment and plant at the unit. This should not be limited to:


• Chiller Plant & Cooling Towers


• Ensuring that all Air Handling Units around the property are maintained as per the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) specification


• Repairs all Fridges & Ice Machines, Cooking pans


• Electrical repairs of refrigeration


• Cold rooms


• Split Units


• Extractions


• Do walk-about to identify areas where faults could occur or operations could be disrupted by faulty power supply


• Ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance work is carried out and work procedures are complied with to ensure optimal supply.

Qualifications

• Trade test certification – from a reputable institution or its equivalent
