• Tangerine Life Insurance Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Insurance Sales Unit Manager to lead our sales team and increase the sales of our insurance policies.


• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the insurance industry and should have a track record of delivering measurable results.


• As the Insurance Sales Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of successful sales agents to achieve business goals.


• You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field


• Proven experience in insurance sales leadership roles
