Responsibilities
As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating communication between project stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Supporting the evaluation and documentation of project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related Business Degree.
- 2 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or Service sector.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
- Excellent, negotiation, communication (oral and written), business presentation and people management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
