Responsibilities

As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.

  • Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks.

  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitating communication between project stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Supporting the evaluation and documentation of project outcomes.


Qualifications



  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related Business Degree.

  • 2 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or Service sector.

  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the Project Management Institute (PMI).

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.

  • Excellent, negotiation, communication (oral and written), business presentation and people management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
