JOB DESCRIPTION 

• A Burger Restaurant Sales Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking and processing orders accurately, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.


• They handle cash/POS transactions, manage order packaging, and coordinate with the kitchen staff for timely order preparation.


• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and addressing customer inquiries are essential tasks.


• Handling phone orders, assist with delivery coordination, and uphold the restaurant's standards for service quality and hygiene.


• Effective communication and a friendly demeanor are crucial for building customer rapport and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• SSCE, OND


• Good communications skill.


• Good morals & ethics.


• Previous work experience
