A Burger, Shawarma, and Small Chops Chef is responsible for creating and preparing a variety of menu items, including burgers, shawarmas, and small chops.
They must have expertise in grilling, seasoning, and assembling burgers, as well as preparing shawarma fillings and small chops such as Puff puff, samosas and spring rolls.
Attention to flavor, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards are crucial in this role.
Additionally, menu development, ingredient sourcing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene are part of their responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
SSCE, OND, Culinary School Certificate.
2 to 4 years experience.
Must be able to communicate easily.
Applicants must be living or residing around Lekki Phase 1.
Must be able to coordinate and control the kitchen staff.
