Job Description



JOB PURPOSE


The Brand Communications officers are the guardians of the brand and will be responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under the brand are continually enhanced to resonate with current and potential customers. He/She will strategize and/or lead brand and creative team in planning, development, and direction to increase brand awareness, deliver engaging content, and create value and performance of the brand via the brand experience and products. He/she is also responsible for the development of the team.


RESPONSIBILITES


BRAND


Drive Brand Management Strategies



  • Develop brand strategy, including setting, refining, and communicating of style guides, guidelines, vision, mission, and value proposition

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go to market strategies


Drive Brand Communication and Public Relations



  • Develop and execute all public relations communications for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online, and social media


Corporate Identify Management



  • Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage category performance

  • Develop and ensure that brand governance is strictly adhered to.

  • Oversee new and ongoing market and advertising activities


Product Marketing Management



  • Identify actionable insights such as fashion trends, data, competitor’s media performance, and marketing trends

  • Optimize range planning to meet customer and business demands such as matrix allocation, drop planning, concept alignment

  • Collaborate directional guide for stakeholders such as developing creative assets, product information, buying presentation and buyers’ brief


CREATIVE


Drive Creative Direction



  • Design campaigns for creative direction, and bridge aesthetic in accordance to brand governance

  • Develop and drive creation of playbooks, guides, and content development on platforms for internal and external stakeholders

  • Direct creative content, campaigns concept and copywriting Analytical Skills

  • Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources and offer creative solutions

  • Manage Budget, Strategize Team’s Development, and any Ad[1]hoc project assigned


REQUIREMENTS



  •  Minimum of Bsc/HND degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

  • Preferable with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in related industry is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Confident, enthusiastic,

  • Strong verbal land written communication skills are required

  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Organized in campaign management and detail oriented

  • Knowledge in social media marketing and website management

  • Experience with complex data environments, analytic platforms such as Power BI
