This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Lekki.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and generating revenue.
The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors, creating sales plans and forecasts, and setting sales targets and quotas. The Senior Sales Manager will work on-site in Lekki.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Revenue Generation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years' experience in a sales management role
Real estate industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of financing solutions and banking relationships is a plus
