Job Description



  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Preparing letters and reports.

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems


Requirements



  • HND or B.Sc in any relevant discipline

  • 3 years work experience.

  • Excellent communication skills (speak well and write excellently)

  • Must possess good command of English

  • Experienced and very sound in research and content development.

  • Must be computer-literate and tech driven

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with basic accounting skill

  • Preferably a female.
