Responsibilities

As an employee in this position, your responsibilities will include the following:



  • Order processing: You will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues: You will work closely with the Manager to address any operational challenges and find effective solutions.

  • Assisting with production: You will support the production team by helping with tasks such as organizing materials, quality control, and ensuring smooth operations.

  • General office management: You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies.

  • Inventory management: You will play a vital role in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.

  • Invoice system management: You will be responsible for managing the invoicing system, including inputting data, generating invoices, and ensuring accurate billing.

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors: You will be expected to provide prompt and friendly customer service, address customer inquiries, and build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

  • Managing Social Media Accounts: You will be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • These duties may evolve over time, and additional tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the organization.

  • We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and efficient in managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with relevant work experience.

  • Must be computer literate
