  • We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and implement our marketing initiatives and campaigns throughout the organization.

  • You will work closely with our sales department on developing sales plans and meeting the organization’s objectives.

  • The ideal Marketing Supervisor will play a crucial role in expanding the brand and delivering strategic solutions for marketing activities.


Job Responsibilities



  • Planning and organizing marketing efforts to help grow our business and brand.

  • Supervising the marketing team’s collaboration with project owners to create marketing and sales messages

  • Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition.

  • Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns

  • Participating in recruiting marketing team members, setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives

  • Generate sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives.

  • Creating market awareness


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales

  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is preferable.

  • Strong understanding of business and industry

  • Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish

  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to attend events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs

  • Strong problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Negotiation skills
