Systems



  • Respond to all management feedbacks as respect Active Directory routine reviews.

  • Respond to all management feedbacks as respect Navision review.

  • Guide and coordinate the response of all monthly KPI’s.

  • Reporting Provide Management with Monthly report of the various services and systems running in the Infrastructure. i.e SCCM, Identity Management, etc.

  • Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.

  • Determine availability of systems i.e., servers,

  • Design and maintain all IT processes according operation policies through standardization of methods.

  • Maintain and prepare all paperwork for various activities and provide performance backup to retrieve data in case of emergency.

  • Participate and manage all communication IS technical direction and initiatives.

  • Monitor all communication for each customer to assess operations within timeframe.

  • Administer and provide upgrade to systems and escalate issues.

  • Prepare designs and evaluate all balancing functions as required by IT departments and other functional areas.

  • Resolve support tickets and requests.

  • Configure tools for monitoring and use them to proactively identify issues within email & messaging systems.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Performs related duties as assigned

  • All other tasks assigned by Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations.


Cloud Computing



  • Microsoft Office 365, Azure Usage Report

  • Azure Cost Optimization

  • Directly support migration/onboarding to Office 365 Azure-hosted solution

  • Provide Level II support for Exchange Online, Teams, and Active Directory

Qualifications


Functional: 



  • Configuration and administration of windows server OS and Linux, Azure, Hypervisor, VMware EXSi.

  • Azure Administration

  • Windows Server Administration.

  • Veeam Backup Administration skills

  • Strong customer service skills

Qualifications



  • Minimum of 4 - 5 Years working experience, preferably in a Telecommunication and IT solutions industry

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, engineering, Information Technology

  • ITIL Foundation is required.

  • Advance knowledge of Azure platform.

  • Advance skill on Linux administration.

  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification is recommended

  • Background IT knowledge on Virtual Machines, Networks and other IT Infrastructure aspects.

  • CompTIA A+ certified is required or equivalent
