Responsibilities



  • Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.

  • Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.

  • Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best.

  • Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record-keeping and referencing.

  • Communicating with the Marketing team for creating any promotional graphics.

  • Assessing the productivity and quality output of the Design team

  • Provide a timeline upon assessing the clients’ needs and preferences

  • Keep up to date with industry developments.


Requirements / Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management Technology or any other Design related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years cognitive Experience.

  • Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer, or related role.

  • Working experience with image design tools (e.g., Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).

  • A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.

  • Expert with design software and editing tools. (In Vision, Adobe, and Corel draw.)

  • Good command over design techniques and visual elements.

  • Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.

  • Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • A keen eye for visual details.

  • Knowledge in animation and motion design software

  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.

  • Aesthetic skills.


Remuneration

N90,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
