JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing information about products or services, explaining features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Handling reservations, appointments, or bookings as needed.
- Processing transactions, handling cash or credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Managing phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing information to customers.
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and handling paperwork.
- Addressing customer concerns or issues and finding appropriate solutions.
- Staying informed about products or services offered and updating knowledge regularly.
- Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presents a positive image to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bsc/HND Bussiness Administration/Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-3years experience in sales and marketing.
- Good knowledge of basic sales techniques and also ability to up sale and cross sale products
