Job Summary
- The Graphics Creative / Social Media Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing the online presence and visual identity of the law firm in Nigeria.
- This position involves creating visually appealing graphics, managing social media accounts, and contributing to the firm's digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, presentations, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and create materials that align with the firm's branding.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update the law firm's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
Content Creation:
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Ensure that all content adheres to the firm's brand guidelines and communicates key messages effectively.
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on social media channels.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, offering recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media management, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
