- Our client is committed to delivering exceptional services to clients and are expanding their team to include a Business Development Representative who will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients within the cleaning, human resources, and gift items sectors.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in potential client organizations.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
Customized Solutions:
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients in the cleaning, human resources, and gift items sectors.
- Propose tailored solutions that address client requirements and position the company as the preferred service provider.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance our competitive position and offerings.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals and quotations that align with client needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the cleaning, human resources, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the cleaning, HR, and gift items sectors, including industry trends and client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
