Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:



  • Identify and target potential clients within the cleaning, human resources, and gift items sectors.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business and expand the client base.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.


Relationship Building:



  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in potential client organizations.

  • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and value propositions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.


Customized Solutions:



  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients in the cleaning, human resources, and gift items sectors.

  • Propose tailored solutions that address client requirements and position the company as the preferred service provider.


Market Analysis:



  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance our competitive position and offerings.


Proposal Development:



  • Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals and quotations that align with client needs and expectations.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.


Achieving Sales Targets:



  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.

  • Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the cleaning, human resources, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of the cleaning, HR, and gift items sectors, including industry trends and client needs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
