Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Financial and Research Analyst to join our team at Catilas Resources Limited. As a Financial and Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and research to support decision-making and strategic planning.

You will be working closely with the senior management team to analyze financial data, assess financial performance, identify trends, and develop financial models and forecasts. Additionally, you will be conducting industry and market research, monitoring market trends, and producing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and perform financial modeling and forecasting


• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities


• Monitor and interpret economic, financial, and regulatory developments


• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations


• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making


• Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field


• Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
