Are you passionate about automobiles? Do you have a knack for selling? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Catilas Resources Limited. As a Sales Advisor (Automobiles), you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent service and guidance throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our automobile products, features, and benefits


• Proactively approach potential customers at our dealership or through cold calling and networking


• Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable automobile options


• Assist customers with test drives and demonstrations of automobiles


• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings


• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information


• Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales activities


• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


• Provide after-sales support and assistance to customers as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in automobile sales or a similar role


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong negotiation and closing skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers


• Knowledge of automobile products, features, and benefits


• Ability to work well in a team environment


• Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
